Our vision behind starting alphonso mango canning back in 1995 was to ensure that a true mango lover gets to relish the delicious Ratnagiri alphonso mangoes throughout the year, in its near natural form.
With a humble beginning in an annexe of our house in Ratnagiri, we started out on our endeavour to manufacture the finest quality Ratnagiri alphonso mango pulp. Building up on the experience and learnings every year, with increased popularity of our product, Ratnaraj soon grew out of the small annexe with manual manufacturing facility, into a sophisticated mango processing factory. Great response from our customers catapulted us to branch out into newer products like Amba vadi, Amba poli, Kokum Syrup and more.
It is said “Well begun is half done”, and we truly believe in this. At Ratnaraj, careful selection of exclusively Ratnagiri alphonso mangoes is given utmost importance. After they are brought in, these mangoes go through a strenuous series of sorting and cleaning stages to ensure only the good ones are sent for processing. They are allowed to ripen naturally in haystacks, which ensures that the true flavour of Ratnagiri alphonso is preserved. Hygiene is strictly maintained at every production stage because we truly care for our customers and only wish to serve them the best.

At Ratnaraj, along with the commitment to providing best quality, we also uphold societal obligations and make it a point that the local small-scale farmers get the right price for their mango produce. We are proud that our mango canning facility has generated local market for marginal producers of alphonso mangoes, as well as source of employment for the people of nearby villages.
